TIPH and HoriXonT8 Accelerate AI Transformation Launch TIP Smart Car Inspection and TIP AI to Reinvent the Future of Insurance

Dhipaya Group Holdings Public Company Limited (TIPH), one of the region’s leading insurance and financial services groups, is accelerating its full-scale transition of AI Transformation. The company has joined forces with HoriXonT8 — a TIPH subsidiary jointly invested with Beryl 8 Plus Public Company Limited (BE8), Thailand’s leader in AI-powered digital transformation — and has become one of the founding organizations of PanyaThAI, Google Cloud’s flagship program designed to advance Agentic AI adoption across Thai enterprises.

Participation in PanyaThAI represents a significant milestone in strengthening AI capabilities across the entire insurance value chain. PanyaThAI is purpose-built to help Thai organizations develop, deploy, and scale Agentic AI — AI systems capable of planning, reasoning, executing tasks, and automating complex workflows end-to-end — creating tangible business outcomes in efficiency, speed, and measurable ROI. The program launched with 15 founding member organizations, including TIPH and HoriXonT8.

This strategic collaboration underscores the shared commitment of TIPH and HoriXonT8 to drive the Thai insurance industry into the next phase of AI Transformation under the vision “AI for Insurance Transformation”, beginning with two core AI initiatives:
(1) TIP Smart Car Inspection
An AI-powered vehicle inspection system built on Google Cloud’s Gemini technology.
Customers can perform self-inspection via LINE Official Account, while the system analyzes video in real-time with high accuracy, transparency, and automatic integration with policy issuance workflows — reducing inspection time and lowering customer costs by over 70%.
(2) TIP AI – Intelligent AI Assistant for Employees
A Generative AI Chat Assistant co-developed with Google Cloud to enhance employee productivity and support TIPH’s transition into a Smart Organization.
All data is processed within a secure private environment aligned with data privacy and compliance standards, enabling fast, safe, and reliable access to enterprise information.
