Beryl 8 Plus Public Company Limited (BE8), together with its partners under the Capital 8 consortium — comprising Vanilla & Friends Co., Ltd. and Snap-In Solution Co., Ltd. — has signed an agreement with Thailand Post Company Limited, represented by Dr. Dhanant Subhadrabandhu, President and Chief Executive Officer, to jointly develop the Postman Cloud platform into a commercial Platform as a Service (PaaS). The platform combines the expertise of Thailand Post’s nationwide postman network with Data and AI technologies to support future business and enterprise services. The signing ceremony took place on May 25, 2026, at Thailand Post Headquarters.
Mr. Apisek Tewinpagti, Director and Chief Executive Officer of Beryl 8 Plus Public Company Limited (BE8), stated that this collaboration represents a strategic combination of Thailand Post’s nationwide operational network and the digital technology expertise of the consortium partners. The partnership covers platform development, sales and marketing strategies, data analytics, and the application of Data and AI technologies to enhance service efficiency.
“This collaboration reflects BE8’s role as a Digital Transformation service provider participating in the development of the Postman Cloud platform for one of the country’s largest organizations. It also represents one of the company’s key pillars for expanding its presence in the government IT sector. Over the next five years, the project is expected to grow continuously, and once commercial operations begin in Q2, it will contribute to the company’s long-term recurring revenue stream,” Mr. Apisek said.

The Postman Cloud platform is being developed to support multiple services, including survey services such as household data collection and asset inspections, direct point-to-point delivery services, and matching services that connect products and services with the specific needs of customers in each household.
Thailand Post also aims to position Postman Cloud as one of its new revenue growth engines, or “New S-Curve,” while continuing its sustainable digital transformation journey. The initiative leverages Thailand Post’s extensive nationwide postman network, combined with platform technologies developed by specialized technology partners.
Mr. Apisek concluded that this collaboration reflects BE8’s strategic direction in leveraging Data and AI technologies to expand digital services together with national-level partners, while continuing to build new business opportunities and long-term recurring revenue through its global AI and Digital Transformation ecosystem.
