Salesforce Business Consultant
Job Description
Configure the Salesforce platform to meet business requirements, including objects, fields, page layouts, flows, validation rules, and permission sets — ensuring alignment with best practices and client specifications.
Create and review functional documents and other related deliverables, and participate in client delivery.
Test the Salesforce platform to ensure it meets business requirements at a high quality standard.
Be supportive and proactive to the team in both functional and technical tasks.
Stay up-to-date with business trends across multiple industries and technology developments for the best analysis.
Propose requests for issues and/or concerns that impact the project to the project manager.
Qualification
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 3–7 years of Salesforce platform implementation experience, with hands-on delivery in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce products in mid-level solution delivery roles.
Salesforce platform and ecosystem: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Loyalty Management; familiarity with CRM, Portal, and Design Pattern concepts.
Application process development, UML, SDLC, Cloud; experience with Salesforce declarative and programmatic tools (Flows, Apex, LWC) is a strong advantage.
Salesforce Administrator or Consultant certification (e.g. Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant) preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Good English communication (written and spoken) for international client engagement.
