  • Configure the Salesforce platform to meet business requirements, including objects, fields, page layouts, flows, validation rules, and permission sets — ensuring alignment with best practices and client specifications.
  • Create and review functional documents and other related deliverables, and participate in client delivery.
  • Test the Salesforce platform to ensure it meets business requirements at a high quality standard.
  • Be supportive and proactive to the team in both functional and technical tasks.
  • Stay up-to-date with business trends across multiple industries and technology developments for the best analysis.
  • Propose requests for issues and/or concerns that impact the project to the project manager.

คุณสมบัติ

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–7 years of Salesforce platform implementation experience, with hands-on delivery in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce products in mid-level solution delivery roles.
  • Salesforce platform and ecosystem: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Loyalty Management; familiarity with CRM, Portal, and Design Pattern concepts.
  • Application process development, UML, SDLC, Cloud; experience with Salesforce declarative and programmatic tools (Flows, Apex, LWC) is a strong advantage.
  • Salesforce Administrator or Consultant certification (e.g. Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant) preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good English communication (written and spoken) for international client engagement.
  • Analytical and time management skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
